​In 2018, the company strategically expanded its focus to specialize in student housing cleaning, beginning with professional services for students at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. This experience provided hands-on expertise in cleaning on-campus dormitories and off-campus student apartments — environments that require flexibility, discretion, efficiency, and thorough, high-standard cleaning practices.
By 2024, Cleaning Service Fairies expanded operations beyond Connecticut, offering specialized student move-out and turnover cleaning services across multiple states. Major projects included work at the University of Mississippi (Oxford, MS), the University of Washington (Seattle, WA), the University of Oregon (Eugene, OR), and the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL). These large-scale university projects further strengthened the company’s operational capacity, systems, and expertise in preparing student housing units for new tenants while consistently meeting strict institutional standards.
